Employees and officers of Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Research & Development, LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, The Museum Dr. Guislain, any promotional agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each, are not eligible to participate. Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in same household as employee.
The organization has the right to communicate on the nominated individuals, organizations or projects.
All candidates agree to provide the organization with additional information (if needed).

The laureate agrees not to communicate in any manner on his or her selection before the award ceremony around October 10, 2017.
The laureate of the Dr. Guislain Award agrees to be present and give an introduction on the project at the award ceremony around October 10, 2017 in Belgium or another place.
The laureate agrees to use the cash award to further enhance the development of the award winning project or organization.
The laureate has to present the developments of the award winning project or organization the following year.
If we can eliminate stigma as a global society, we are one step closer to getting people treatment and finding cures.
